The concept

I've always been a shifty person when it comes to extracurricular anything. From the time I hit the teens, I got pretty inconsistent with getting things other than academia (and mindless web surfing of course) to preoccupy me. However, recently I've gotten back on the ball with two activities in particular: rugby and belly dancing. Pretty polar opposites, wouldn't you agree? I got drawn into both within the last couple months for different reasons but have decided I really want to maximize my capabilities in both.

So that's basically what this blog will entail. Little tidbits from sessions (because I'm highly forgetful), links and interesting stuff online and so on. A recreation blog I guess. Because I may start with these two activities and go in a different direction a year from now. I just want this to help me learn and understand more. With luck, whoever else reads this may get enlightened too.
